What types of jewellery do you sell?

We specialise in vintage and antique jewellery, offering one-of-a-kind pieces including rings, necklaces, brooches, earrings, bracelets, and specialty items.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently offer checkout within the UK. Please contact us if you wish to place an order from overseas.

What is your returns policy?

If you wish to return your item please let us know within 14 days of receipt and return the item within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping and we recommend you use a tracked method of shipping for your own security. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

If you are an overseas customer please clearly mark the package as "UK RETURN" - any costs incurred by us due to incorrect labelling will be deducted for your refund. 

How do I care for my vintage jewellery?

We recommend storing pieces in a dry, cool place away from direct sunlight. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water to preserve the integrity of antique metals and stones.

Do you offer layaway?

We offer flexible layaway plans. An initial deposit of 10% will reserve the item; this holding fee is discounted from the total price and is non refundable. The final payment must be made within 3 months. Please contact us if you would like to discuss setting up a payment plan. Layaway payment plans cannot be used in conjunction with any sale or discount code unless previously agreed.

Do you offer resizing?

We do not offer a resizing service but this is something that should be available at your local jewellers. Most rings with a plain shank can be safely resized up or down by 2 sizes, however this can vary and we recommend you double check with your jeweller before purchase.

Do you offer a gift wrapping service?

All our items come gift wrapped; if you would like us to include a gift message please let us know at checkout.  We are happy to dispatch directly to the recipient and never include a paper receipt unless it is specifically requested.

What condition are your pre-loved items in?

Antique and vintage items often have signs of wear. We describe and photograph any issues clearly in our listings and inspect items again carefully before dispatch.

Please check your purchase closely upon receipt and in the unlikely event that there is a discrepancy please let us know within 7 days of receipt and before wearing or using the item. If an item is being returned to us it must be in it's entirety, including any gemstones etc.

After 7 days of receipt we will not be held responsible for any condition issues, current or future.
