Refund policy

If you wish to return your item please contact us within 14 days of receipt and return the item within 30 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return shipping and we recommend you use a tracked method of shipping for your own security. If the item is not returned in its original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.

If you are an overseas customer please clearly mark the package as "UK RETURN" - any costs incurred by us due to incorrect labelling will be deducted for your refund.
