Antique shell cameo brooch/pendant, in fair condition and with a yellow metal filigree frame. It closes securely with a rollover clasp. There is some patina and wear to the frame and discolouration to the cameo. The banding surrounding the edge of the cameo is quite uneven in places and she has a noticable mark to her cheek.
