Antique shell cameo brooch/pendant, in good condition. 900 silver with a 15k gold plating. It closes securely with a rollover clasp. There is some patina, wear to the gold plating and light denting to the filigree frame.
Approx. 3.5cm top to bottom (not including bale) and approx. 3.2cm wide.
