Gold plated metal pin featuring a gold tone dangling man with his thumb up. Stamped to the back with "Regd. 831991". Made for the Memorable Order of Tin Hats, a brotherhood of South African ex-soldiers formed in 1927.
Measures 35mm from top on pin to his feet. Gold plate has worn in places on the metal pin. The figure has light surface wear all over and heavy wear to his head, the gold coloured coating has worn away in a large patch revealing the brown plastic underneath and he is missing the gemstones from his eyes.
