A stunning vintage yellow gold amethyst cabochon dome ring with rope detailing to the gemstone mount, embellished with a gold star set with small rose cut diamonds. High set, this sits approx. 1cm off the finger, and has decorative open loop work to the shoulders. The face of the ring measures approx. 19mm North to South.

In very good condition with light surface wear. The amethyst has natural inclusions and the gold leans a little pink in tone in places. There is some very slight movement to the star but it is good and secure.
