Vintage green glass heart pendant on a 19 inch opaque glass beaded necklace with leather braided upper section (adjustable to 20.5 inches). The pendant has a 1.5 inch diameter. The necklace is decorated with several faux pearls.
In good condition with some light wear and marks. One of the faux pearls is missing.
